Owners can bring the St. Regis Ritual of Champagne
Sabering into the comfort of an Owner’s home. With
a bottle of the bubbly beverage chilled to perfection, the Butler will impress the intimate crowd with the crisp sound of the cork being sabered off the bottle, the small flow of Champagne that follows and the celebratory drink that tops the experience.
Locally Inspired Services and Experiences
Each St. Regis Residences is proud to offer additional locally inspired services and experiences to Residence Owners. This might include private screenings of films accompanied by hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, a personalized pool or beach experience for family and friends, or exclusive use of Butler Service for the day to support a special event.
Residences Butler Service is available to Owners as part of the branded lifestyle experience at all St. Regis Residences. Three sets of exclusive Butler Services are included as part of Common Area Assessments: Signature Services, St. Regis Rituals and Special Occasions Planning.
The Residences Butler is the primary point of contact for personalized service requests taking place inside the Residence. Unique to The Residences at The St. Regis, Butler Closets may be available to discretely make deliveries without interrupting the Owners
